2022 Preseason Football Poll: Alabama, Ohio State headline Top 25

The Student Media Poll 2022 Preseason Football Top 25 has officially released, with last season’s national runner-up, Alabama, topping the rankings for a second-consecutive preseason. Ohio State follows closely behind at No. 2 and defending champions Georgia round out the top three. Student Media Poll announces 2022 football voting roster

The Student Media Poll (SMP) is excited to announce its full voting roster for the 2022 college football season. In the SMP’s second year, 122 student journalists from universities and publications across all FBS conferences, 34 states and 69 schools will have ballots for the 2022 football season.
